DIRECTIONS | SKIN THERAPEASE

· Go down to the bottom of the exit ramp and make a horseshoe turn right, which will take you back onto the frontage road heading East, towards downtown Minneapolis.

· Take the 4th left into the Wayzata Executive Park. You will see a large white & blue “For Lease” sign in front of the office complex.

· We are the middle building, straight ahead- #1907, in suite #120.

Heading East on Hwy 12 (from Orono, Maple Plain):

· Take the 101/Central Ave. exit.

· Take a right at the top of the exit ramp and go south to the stoplight by the Lund’s Shopping Center.

· Take a left at the stoplight onto Wayzata Blvd.

· Continue forward until the stoplight. Go past the McDonalds on the right side.

· Take a left at the stoplight onto East 15.

· Go under the Hwy 12 bridge and take the very first right turn onto the frontage road. You will be heading East, towards downtown Minneapolis on the frontage road.

· Take the 4th left into the Wayzata Executive Park. You will see a large white & blue “For Lease” sign in front of the office complex.

· We are the middle building, straight ahead- #1907, in suite #120.

Heading North on 494 (from Eden Prairie or Bloomington):

· Take the Hwy 12 west exit.

· Drive west on Hwy 12 past the Carlson Towers and Lexus car dealership.

· Take the East 15 exit.

Heading South on 494 (from Plymouth, Maple Grove or Brooklyn Park):

· Take the Hwy 12 west exit.

· Drive west on Hwy 12 past the Carlson Towers and Lexus car dealership.

· Take the East 15 exit.

Heading North on 101 (Bushway Road) (from Minnetonka, Eden Prairie or Chanhassen):

· Go through the stop light at Wayzata Blvd. Bushway Road becomes East 15.

· Go under the Hwy 12 bridge and take the first right onto the frontage road, which will send you heading East, towards downtown Minneapolis.

· Take the 4th left into the Wayzata Executive Park. You will see a large white & blue “For Lease” sign in front of the office complex.

· We are in the middle building, straight ahead- #1907, in suite #120.

Heading South on 101 (Central Ave N) (from Plymouth or Orono):

· Continue south on 101/Central Ave. to the stoplight (Wayzata Blvd) next to the Blockbuster Video and the Lund’s Shopping Center.

· Take a left at the stoplight onto Wayzata Blvd.

· Continue forward until the next stoplight (East 15).

· Take a left at the stoplight onto East 15.

· Go under the Hwy 12 bridge and take the first right onto the frontage road, which will send you heading East, towards downtown Minneapolis.

· Take the 4th left into the Wayzata Executive Park. You will see a large white & blue “For Lease” sign in front of the office complex.

Heading East on Cty Rd 15 (from Fletcher’s or Mound):

· Drive east, past the Blockbuster Video and the Lund’s Shopping Center.

· Continue forward until the next stoplight (East 15), which is right before the on ramp to Hwy 12.

· Take a left at the stoplight onto East 15.

· Go under the Hwy 12 bridge and take the first right onto the frontage road, which will send you heading East, towards downtown Minneapolis.

· Take the 4th left into the Wayzata Executive Park. You will see a large white & blue “For Lease” sign in front of the office complex.

Heading South on Gleason Lake Road (from Plymouth):

· Go south on Gleason Lake Road, take a left onto the frontage road, which is the road before you drive under Hwy 12 underpass.

· Take the 4th left into the Wayzata Executive Park. You will see a large white & blue “For Lease” sign in front of the office complex.
