• After washing the face, don't go outside immediately...your skin with dry out faster.
  
• For those in the Midwest, use richer night creams during the winter time.
  
• Use a vaporizer at night particularly for those in the Midwest.
  
• Use a spray mist or hydrating toner to put moisture back in the skin...great idea for frequent flyers.
  
• Use a mild cream cleanser for dry skin in the winter time.
  
• Use a neck cream in winter for hydration and to prevent fine lines.
  
• Keep showers or baths short and use warm water. Long, hot showers/baths will over dry the skin.
  
• Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
  
• Eat antioxidant food to prevent cell oxidation and to ward off free radical damage which lead to the breakdown of the collagen and elastin in the skin
  
• Exfoliate at least once a week to avoid flakey skin.!
